It really feels like we just launched the website yesterday! Exactly one year later, we are really amazed by how fast the community is growing! You all are behind this success: weblocal.ca is now visited by more than 2 million people every month! Thank you for your support!

Congratulations to Matthieu Paré and Jean-Marc Grenier who are the winners of our ‘The Spotlight is on You’ contest.

weblocal.ca supported Alex Mulford, who took part to the Multiple Sclerosis Society fund raising event called the MS Bike Tour, between Wolfville and Windsor, Nova Scotia, during the weekend of July 25^th-26^th 2009.

We have received a lot of projects for our contest and have been really impressed by the quality of the ads.
It has been really hard to select a winner but a project particularly caught our attention, with high originality and creativity. Congratulations to Matthieu Paré (Longueuil, QC) and Jean-Marc Grenier (Saint-Léonard, QC)!
Their ad will be aired during the 2009 Canada Games on TSN and RDS and on this blog the same week.
